All work is billed at an hourly rate of $60/hour. I will provide you with a billing estimate with the work plan, and payment is due after each session.

Support

This is a more general consulting option and is a great fit for short-term goals like:

  • Standalone document builds specific to your family and child to aid in navigating service onboarding

  • Parenting support/collaboration to create school break daily and weekly schedules, activity idea database, social stories etc.

  • Formation of “getting to know my child” info sheets for scheduled transitions (i.e. new teacher)

Strategy and Planning

Let’s get organized! This is designed for children in early childhood and/or independent school settings. We’ll create a toolkit just for your child, collating information and priorities from all relevant sources. This package includes:

  • Goals and Objectives Session

  • Planning and Design Session

  • Implementation and Report Writing Session
    You’ll come away with a personalized toolkit that can be shared across environments, providers, etc. This highlights the “critical facts” about your child’s case and minimizes intake work for you.

  • Meeting attendance and check-ins as needed

Traditional Special Education Advocacy

This is designed for children in a public school setting navigating 504s and IEPs

  • Review of school records and any additional assessments and evaluations

  • Pre-meeting session(s) with parent/guardian

  • Direct Advocacy at school meetings (virtual or in-person when possible)

  • Post-meeting debrief with parent/guardian

  • Next Steps Planning with parent/guardian
